Decide whether the floor changes your experience
Air Cruise is the ordinary-floor option; Crystal Cruise adds a glass floor. Paying more for the same crossing makes sense only if looking down is part of the experience you actually want. For a coastal and city view rather than a transparent-floor sensation, compare the ordinary cabin first.
Do not book a glass floor as a surprise for someone uncomfortable with height. Ask the person, not just the rest of the group. An ordinary floor also does not guarantee comfort: both options remain an elevated crossing.
Use the published adult fare as an anchor
These are the operator’s ordinary adult fares at the source check, not a promise about a seller’s live checkout or a permanent discount. Child, group and pass eligibility need their own check. If an age boundary is unclear, ask how the operator classifies the traveler before payment.
Match cabin, direction, travel date and cancellation terms before comparing sellers. A converted reference price is not the same as the final amount charged in won.
| Ordinary adult | One way | Return |
|---|---|---|
| Air Cruise | ₩15,000 | ₩19,000 |
| Crystal Cruise | ₩19,000 | ₩24,000 |
One way needs a real onward plan
A return ticket is the simpler choice when you want the same starting shore. The operator restricts a one-way ticket to boarding at its issuing station; do not assume it lets you reverse the journey later from the other side. It is useful when your next walk or transport has genuinely been arranged.
Keep a return ticket until the journey is finished. Before exploring the opposite side, confirm the last usable boarding time and leave a margin for its queue. Make the return deadline a constraint on your shore walk, not an afterthought once you have used up the afternoon.
Priority is not privacy
Speedy is a priority-boarding product, and the operator says that regular customers may share the cabin. It does not solve a requirement to ride alone as a couple or family. Premium is a cabin-priced product for up to eight; do not compare its total directly with an ordinary per-person fare.
Decide what the extra purchase solves before paying. The actual queue is variable, and priority boarding does not override a weather suspension. A private space and a shorter boarding wait are different needs.
Check the seasonal window and the weather together
The operator’s standard schedule varies by season, and ticket sales end thirty minutes before operating close. Conditions can change the schedule. Arriving at the published closing time is therefore not a workable ticket-buying plan.
For evening views, fit the return crossing and hotel journey before choosing the arrival time. If service is suspended, decide whether you still want a shore visit or would rather move the cable-car experience to another day. Seller-specific cancellation and change rules must be checked separately from the operator’s opening schedule.
Add one shore priority, not an unlimited checklist
For a return visit, a workable editorial sequence is arrival, crossing, one short shore walk and the return. This is not a fixed-duration promise or a guarantee that all nearby facilities are open. Check whether any separately charged attraction is actually included in your chosen ticket.
| Plan | Return condition |
|---|---|
| Return ticket | Keep ticket; return before cutoff |
| One-way ticket | Arrange onward transport separately |
Questions to resolve before booking
Does a return ticket mean any date with no validity limit? Read the purchased product’s date and validity conditions. Is Speedy a private cabin? No. Does a glass floor determine the direction? Cabin type and one-way versus return are separate choices.
Who handles a weather refund? Check the seller you paid and its procedure. Do not assume that a service suspension automatically completes every third-party refund without action from you.
Before payment and before departure
Write down whether you are buying a person’s return journey or a whole cabin. Once the return plan and operational check are clear, compare the seller’s actual checkout terms.
- Specify cabin and direction
- Confirm departure station and return
- Check validity and redemption
- Check seasonal cutoff and operation
- Keep the return ticket to the end
