Information processed
- Public page paths and view, search, comparison and seller-click events
- Device category, referring domain and campaign information
- A session hash that does not directly identify a person
- Search terms. Terms that look like an email address or phone number are not stored in analytics.
Purposes
Information is used for service analytics, error response, comparison-quality improvements and duplicate-click control.
Browser storage
Local or session storage may remember language, display currency and attribution. Gollaba does not operate public customer accounts.
Visit analytics cookie
We use the gollaba_browser_v2 cookie for up to 30 days to understand visits and distinguish duplicate clicks. Analytics records use a hashed cookie identifier; the cookie does not contain your name, booking details or payment information. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
NAVER Analytics
We use NAVER Analytics for public-page visit statistics. Your browser loads a NAVER script, which may send the visited page URL, browser and referral information to NAVER. It is not used on admin pages. The search-term exclusions above apply to Gollaba’s own analytics. Please refer to NAVER’s privacy policy for its information processing.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand visits and journeys on public pages. Your browser loads a Google tag, which may send page URLs, referral information, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers to Google. The tag is not installed on admin pages or private previews. The search-term exclusions above apply to Gollaba’s own analytics. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. External sellers
After leaving for a seller, that seller’s privacy policy applies. Gollaba does not receive information entered during the seller’s checkout.
Retention and rights
Information is deleted or de-identified when its operational purpose ends, subject to applicable law and internal retention rules.
