A day ticket is different from a resort stay
Hotel-room photographs, night movies and pool images can appear in the same search results, suggesting a daytime ticket covers everything into the evening. First decide whether you are visiting for the day or staying at the resort. Even a room booking does not establish every activity's inclusion: benefits vary with the chosen accommodation package.
For a day visit, make swimming, onsen relaxation or family play the main purpose. Do not force children and adults to keep the same pace just to use every facility. In-house guests should separate daytime plans from night privileges and reserve meal and rest time before adding more activities.
Compare meals and onsen access explicitly
The park introduces indoor and outdoor water activities and onsen services, but a facilities list is not an inclusion list for every seller's ticket. Open the actual date and option in Gollaba's related Mikazuki product. Admission-only and meal-inclusive tickets are not equivalent offers simply because both give access to the same park.
Use the table against the checkout details. Read family height and age categories, weekend or holiday conditions, meal venue and serving time, towels, storage and refund rules. Onsen access also needs clarification: shared areas and privately booked facilities are not necessarily the same entitlement. Do not count an unconfirmed service as included.
| Item | Read in the option | Easy-to-miss detail |
|---|---|---|
| Water activities | Indoor/outdoor zones and validity hours | Maintenance and individual restrictions |
| Meal | Meal type, venue, serving time | Drinks and extra orders |
| Onsen | Shared or private access | Reservation, photography and clothing rules |
| Conveniences | Towels, storage and return procedure | Extra fees and deposits |
| Changes/refunds | Date changes and unused-ticket policy | Restrictions after ticket issuance |
Child admission does not mean every facility is suitable
Being able to buy a child ticket does not make every slide or sauna available to that child. Check actual height, weight, age and individual facility rules, then build the visit around what the youngest companion can do. Ask separately about admission for an adult who will supervise without swimming.
The operator requires guardian supervision for sauna users under 12 and does not recommend sauna use for children under six. This should not become health advice encouraging children's sauna use. Plan breaks and hydration instead of prolonged time in warm areas, and seek professional advice for personal health restrictions.
Prepare wristband payment and food arrangements
The service information describes loading cash onto a wristband and restricting outside food and drink. Buying admission online does not mean no money is needed for on-site spending. At entry, ask about loading, using, refunding any remaining balance and returning the band; do not assume these procedures from another park.
For a meal-inclusive option, read the venue and serving time before fitting lunch between pool sessions. Ask in advance about allergies, infant food or other special needs rather than claiming an exception automatically. Secure valuables and phones before entering the water, and follow the phone prohibition in private onsen and sauna areas.
Do not add after-19:00 benefits to a day ticket
The verified July 2026 resort announcement describes some 19:00–22:00 programs as privileges for eligible in-house packages. It is not an extension offered to every water-park day visitor. The dedicated park's ordinary service information gives 09:00–19:00, so night access needs its own eligibility and activity rules.
A night movie in the wave-pool area is not the same as permission to swim then. The announcement prohibits swimming during the movie and sets child-accompaniment conditions. Rules can change between day and night even in the same space. Confirm operation and package benefits for your actual stay before adding the program.
Include the journey and changing time in the day
Mikazuki's official location is at Xuân Thiều on the Nguyễn Tất Thành side of Da Nang. Do not treat it as a facility beside your My Khe Beach hotel: use the exact map pin to plan transport. Changing, storage, meals and exit procedures make the visit longer than time spent on slides alone.
Indoor areas do not guarantee that weather never affects outdoor facilities or travel. In heavy rain or other severe conditions, check operations and booking-change policy. Link closing time to the return-vehicle meeting and leave room to pack wet clothing. Only then decide whether another evening activity is realistic.
Before buying a day ticket or stay package
Separate access, hours and on-site spending to identify conditions omitted from a cheap-looking option. Add a night program only after confirming eligibility.
- Separate day admission from accommodation benefits
- Check date, child rules, pools and onsen inclusions
- Review meal time, towels and storage charges
- Ask about wristband loading, balance and return
- Verify night eligibility and no swimming during movies
- Plan the exact location, exit and return vehicle
