Distinguish courses within the same brand
An operator such as Siam Country Club offers several courses, so a shared brand name does not mean one meeting place. Check the precise course and map location to avoid choosing Bangkok while planning around Pattaya. Submit the date, desired tee time, number of players and whether you want eighteen holes or another arrangement. Solo players and larger groups should ask about permitted days and grouping conditions. If renting, specify right- or left-handed equipment and the number of sets. Do not finalise hotel pickup from an automatic acknowledgement that merely says a booking enquiry was received.
What a green fee leaves out
The inspected Black Mountain page lists 2,500 THB green fee, 350 THB caddie fee and a compulsory 750 THB cart for eighteen holes. These three items total 3,600 THB, before gratuity, equipment, transport or refreshments. The table explains the arithmetic; it does not guarantee a rate for your date or tee time. If a seller already includes these items in a package, do not add them again. Obtain a quote covering what you actually need, with any on-site payments listed separately, before comparing it with another seller’s apparently lower starting figure.

Cart and rain rules belong to the course
Do not copy Black Mountain’s compulsory-cart rule onto every Thai course. The inspected Pineapple Valley guidance makes carts optional. A caddie fee and an after-round gratuity are also different items; a recommended tip is not a nationwide amount imposed by law. In severe weather, follow suspension instructions and establish whether a rain check means another playing opportunity or a cash refund. Pineapple Valley describes rain checks according to completed holes, so assuming every shower produces a full refund is not justified. Read the cancellation conditions of the seller through whom you actually book as well as the course rules.
A tee time is not a hotel departure time
Allow for check-in, payment, equipment and preparation as well as the drive. Pineapple Valley requests check-in thirty minutes before the tee time; do not assume every course uses that same rule. A round immediately after an arriving flight or just before an international departure is vulnerable to delays and pace of play, so choose a less constrained day. Ask beforehand about non-playing companions, clothing, footwear and rental conditions. An empty category on a seller’s website does not mean the region lacks golf courses. Identify a verifiable course and suitable conditions first, then compare products that can actually be booked.
