Match the purpose before comparing prices
An observation visit centers on looking across the city and taking photographs. At a bar, ordering and occupying a table are part of the experience. The indoor observation area on level 74 and the outdoor area on level 78 are not interchangeable operating conditions in bad weather. Additional thrill experiences, souvenir photographs or drinks belong in the budget only after checking exactly what the selected option includes.

Confirm changes and refunds under the exact ticket purchased rather than expecting automatic compensation. If this is your last evening and moving the visit is impossible, the value of flexible terms belongs in the comparison alongside the displayed price.
