Expect fantasy, water and light, not historical reenactment
Kiss of the Sea is an outdoor performance in Sunset Town in southern Phu Quoc. Plan for a fantasy story told through water, light, music and performers, not a faithful reenactment of Vietnamese history or traditional ritual. The experience is a sequence of scenes and effects, rather than only the fireworks visible in one photograph.
Consider companions who find loud sound or bright effects uncomfortable, and children who tire late at night. It is not a compulsory activity for every traveler. Seeing the evening scenery and returning earlier, or choosing another cultural activity, can be a better match for an individual trip.

The verified 2026 Sun World guide describes a usual 21:00 daily show, while the dedicated official show page says except Tuesday. Set seats and check-in before dinner
Check whether seats are assigned, which zone is included and whether arrival order matters for your actual ticket.
